The consortium of KPMG and Monitor Consulting is awarded a contract by Public -Private Partnership Support Program (P3SP) - Ministry of Planning & Investment to screen and appraise a list of potential PPP projects and conduct PPP trainings at the foundation and advance level for government agencies and local provinces in Vietnam.
